[The text showed up in the journals around dawn, in the style of a wanted ad in the newspaper-- if Luceti had a newspaper. The letters were straight and friendly. The message was concise:]
PING PONG TABLE SEEKS HOME
PUBLIC ACCESS REQUIRED
REPLY FOR DETAILS
[That was all Cliff needed to do. He had spent the last month or so just toying with it as a side project, taking his time with the plans, materials, and other details of the table. He found proper measurements for everything and made sure that it was up to professional standards.
Anyone who dares to tell him that ping pong isn't a sport is liable to get payback for the suggestion. Somehow.
Cliff took off for the day after the announcement, after scribbling out a quick note for Fayt that he was headed out. Luceti was relatively safe, but he preferred to keep his people informed of what he was doing. His first stop is Seventh Heaven to grab a bite to eat, since the man can't cook for the life of him. There's a reason he's banned from the kitchen, after all. Throughout the day afterward he can be found in various parts of the plaza, gathering supplies for what looks like a trip to the Beach. With the weather getting warmer, he saw no reason to not take advantage of what the sea had to offer. Diving under to see the fish was always fun, after all.
Feel free to catch him anywhere. Talk to him, harrass him, prank him, join him. Anything goes.]

Good morning, sir. How are you liking your food today?
action.
It's as good as always. Could you give my compliments to the chef?
action.
I open up the restaurant and am usually the only chef for the first shift.
action. 1/2
action. 2/2
action.
Cooking is just something that I like to do and I'm used to doing it for others.
action.
action.
I just have a brother who has a talent for burning through pans with water.
action.
Are you sure your bro isn't just an artiste?
[Although he made jokes about cooking, he was well aware of his relative lack of talent in the front.
but he's totally an artiste i swear it to you!action.
... If he were an artiste I think more girls would be after him. And I would get to hear about it at breakfast every morning.
action.
[He shook his head, moderately disappointed in the guy that he would most likely never meet.]
He'd probably have brought those girls along for breakfast, and then you might pick up one yourself. It'd be a win-win for everyone there.
action.
I'm not exactly interested in girls that much older than me, he's in university. [It'd look weird.]
action.
[He scratched his head, considering Aleos' alleged predicament.]
College girls can definitely be tricky. Too bad, unless you had some friends who wanted to crash overnight just for breakfast.
action.
... Wait, are you saying I should try to pursue college girls?
action.
There's no shame in it, is there?
action.
It's a little weird and I think some suitress would gape.
action.
[He shrugged. Luceti was a weird place. Who could say what would happen?]
action.
But I think I'll try looking among those who are my age first.
action.
action.
action.
[He's totally joking too.]
action.
Cue a bug-eyed look because what.]
action.
...Uh. Look. You need to lighten up just a little.
[He scratched his neck. Where was this kid coming from...?]
